Salda Lake and Pamukkale tour from Alanya is a natural and cultural tour to the beautiful Salda Lake, known as the Turkish Maldives, and UNESCO-listed Pamukkale. Salda Lake, the cleanest lake in Turkey, is also one of the deepest lakes (184 metres) in Turkey. It is estimated that Lake Salda was formed about 2 million years ago. The water of the lake is less salty and has high alkaline properties. Due to the location of Salda Lake among the mountains and away from the main road of Burdur, Denizli and Antalya, its natural beauty has been preserved until today. Salda Lake Nature Park is a marvellous combination of white sand beach, pine and juniper forests and clear blue sky. The white sands that make Lake Salda so attractive are reminiscent of the Maldives, which is why they call it the Maldives in Turkey. You will have the opportunity to walk along the sandy beach and swim in Salda Lake.

The second stop of our tour is the world famous Pamukkale with its calcium terraces and the ancient city of Hierapolis. Pamukkale is located about 350 kilometres from Alanya. Its thermal water has a temperature of about 30 degrees and is considered beneficial for some diseases. Here you can bathe, walk and take great photos on the terraces of Pamukkale.
